4. TERMS OF SERVICE

About us This website is operated by Gratpak NZ Ltd (NZBN 9429050863648), trading as NZ PAK, BDO Auckland, Level 4, 4 Graham Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. By ordering you agree to these terms.

Pricing All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you order applies. We may cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or listing error.

Orders An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, stock issues or unacceptable artwork) and will refund you in full if we do.

Printed orders and artwork You confirm you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos and text you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law. We may refuse artwork we consider unlawful, offensive or unsuitable for printing. Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen colours, and small variations in print position and quantity (typically up to +/-10%) are normal in manufacturing unless we agree otherwise. Production begins only after artwork is approved.

Payment Payment is taken in full at checkout.

Product information Sizes are nominal and may vary slightly. Product photos are for illustration.

Liability Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.

Governing law These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts.
