2. SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship We currently deliver within New Zealand only.

Shipping cost A standard courier charge of $12–$15 per box applies, shown at checkout. Orders over $250 (incl. GST) ship free.

Processing time - Plain bags: dispatched within 24 hours of payment. - Printed bags: made to order. Production begins after your artwork is approved and takes 4 working days, then dispatch. We’ll email you a timeframe when you order.

Delivery time Couriers usually deliver 1–4 business days after dispatch, longer for rural addresses. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking and damage You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If a carton arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours.
